The role

We are looking for a Talent Consultant to join our growing team on an initial 6 month Fixed term agreement. As a Talent Consultant you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment including gathering job requirements to creating awesome onboarding experiences. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in continuously enhancing our talent acquisition function and working alongside the P&C Manager on ongoing projects.

This role is Part-time, ideally approx. 25 hours a week across five days.

What you’ll do

• Manage the end to end recruitment life-cycle for various roles across Furō.
• Utilise various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, networking, and community events, to attract and engage potential candidates.
• Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and serve as the main point of contact for candidates and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls, emails, as well as facilitate pre-interview assessments and interviews with Hiring Leads.
• Build and drive key recruitment initiatives to promote the Furō’s Employee Value Proposition.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of hires.
• Maintain and enhance the Furō candidate applicant tracking system.
• Collect, analyse and make recommendations on a variety of recruitment metrics.
• Manage the onboarding experience for new team members.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of wider People & Culture initiatives.

What you’ll need

• Minimum of 2 year’s end-to-end technical recruitment experience (preferred within consultancy or professional services )
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top technical talent in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly developed relationship building skills at all organisational levels.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues or problems and recommend strategies, ideas and opportunities for resolving them.
• Multitask, prioritise work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset with a willingness to explore new approaches.
• Work autonomously, with little supervision.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality and use discretion.
• Additional generalist human resources experience would be beneficial but not essential
