We are an innovative online fruit and vegetable delivery start-up on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in the digital world. We want to reduce food waste, help families save on their groceries and encourage people to eat healthier – and we want you be apart of that mission!

If you love creating engaging content, keep up with the latest TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube trends, and are eager to work hard to produce results in an exciting environment, then this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Independently creating, editing, and publishing compelling content across all our social media platforms.
• Keeping your finger on the pulse of social media trends to creatively incorporate them into our brand’s messaging.
• Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and posts to continually optimise their impact.
• Collaborating with our marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Finding and leading brand partnerships and collaborations.
• Creating business systems to automate and streamline marketing activities.
• Aligning on marketing strategy with the senior management team and allocating marketing activities to the marketing team.

Requirements:

• Examples of effective and engaging content posted on social media.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Experience with social media management tools, ad managers, graphic design, video editing and analytics tools looked upon favourably.
• Proactive and independent thinker who is comfortable taking rapid action and working with uncertainty.
• Although a degree in marketing or communications is favourable, we are more interested in your past work, your skills and your drive to learn and grow.

You will be working with the senior management team and will have much more autonomy than a traditional marketing role.
