The Opportunity
Recognising the need to provide more administrative support we are currently seeking a part time HR Administrator (24 hours per week over 5 days) to join our existing team. This role will be partly homebased with at least 2 days at our office in Windsor with free parking available.
The HR Administrator will support the business by providing administrative support ensuring effective coordination and completion all aspects of administration in relation to the employee lifecycle. Due to the nature of the role, we are welcoming applications from candidates who have a proven track record in HR positions that require a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, organisational ability, flexibility, confidentiality, accountability, independence.

About You
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have strong HR administrative experience to include reporting and data management, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams. Attention to detail, strong numeracy and literacy skills, the ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision and guidance. Be approachable and diplomatic, flexible to cover business needs as required.
