FundamentalVR Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Remote Full Time

FundamentalVR is going through an exciting growth phase. We are looking to add a TA Specialist to our People & Culture team to help us find exceptional talent for our business.

If you are an experienced Recruiter looking for a new in-house recruitment opportunity in a fast-paced scaling organisation, this could be the role for you.

Reporting to the VP People & Culture, you will work on a range of roles across departments, with a primary focus on tech and product roles.

What’s involved

• You will need to build excellent relationships with hiring managers to understand their role requirements and keep them informed of progress. Ultimately being a trusted advisor to them, providing feedback from the market regarding the skills they seek.
• You will own the initial stages of the recruitment process which will include
  • Advertising roles through a variety of channels and encouraging our teams to make use of our generous Referral schemes
  • Taking the lead on reviewing CVs – generating a shortlist for managers to review.
  • Conducting initial phone screens to create a further shortlist of qualified candidates. Ensuring the information you provide from those interviews is clear, sufficiently detailed and useful to the managers
  • Owning our ATS (Workable) to ensure candidates move through the process in an efficient and up to date manner

• Managing the candidate experience with timely updates and constructive feedback

• Running weekly meetings with recruiting managers to ensure the recruitment process continues to move at pace

• Providing weekly recruitment reports to managers and People & Culture team
• Professionally representing FVR with both Candidates and external 3rd parties to ensure a clear understanding of who we are and the type of work we do.
• You will manage and build relationships with external recruiters – ensuring we work together well to build for the future.
• Staying up-to-date with new sourcing methods and best practices within the talent acquisition world is important to show us you are forward thinking and can think outside the box

Requirements

We would like to see evidence of the following in your background

• Previous experience of recruitment in a fast paced, high volume environment
• High-growth scaleup experience a must
• Experience recruiting technical roles – with particular focus on Engineering and Product roles
• Experience recruiting within the Games industry is an advantage
• A good working knowledge of the top job boards
• Hands-on interview experience at all stages of the recruitment process
• Experience managing recruitment process via Workable and generating bespoke reports for managers
