TalentAcquisition Manager

FundamentalAdministrative Services, LLC is searching for an experienced manager to providedirection and oversight for our Talent Acquisition team to attract, hire andretain the best talent in our client skilled nursing facilities.

Summary :

• Lead and develop the Recruiting Team by providing direction, resources and coaching to assess, develop and lead the team
• Develop methods for measuring the overall effectiveness of Recruitment programs and systems for tracking and trending
• Partners with Regional HR and Operations Team to facilitate staffing needs and provide operational s
• Work with Regional HR and Regional Recruiters to develop community outreach programs
• Will provide recruitment assistance as needed

Requirements :

BachelorsDegree in Human Resources (or equivalent work experience)

5+years of experience in Recruitment (healthcare experience highly preferred)

1-2+years of experience in managing, leading, coaching and developing highfunctioning teams

StrongAnalytical skills to forecast and compute recruiting data

MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

ATS(Applicant Tracking System) experience required.
