Functional Pathways is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media and Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing superior rehabilitation services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Tracks key metrics such as audience engagement, impressions, reach, referrals and conversions.
• Familiar with HubSpot and automated marketing tools a plus.
• Ability to craft attention-grabbing captions to create exciting & valuable content for our followers across multiple platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn).
• Schedule social media posts efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Bring social media trends to the forefront, and always stay ahead of the curve.
• Monitor, respond to, and moderate social media conversations on managed platforms.
• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing emails & SMS campaigns, including designing email templates, social graphics and other creative assets for social campaigns.

Requirements:

• AS or AA degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media and email marketing, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and email marketing software
• Experience with analytics tools to gauge effectiveness of marketing efforts and to make strategic suggestions based on business goals.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
