We are a 100% 1:1 Patient Care Company. It is against company policy to bury providers with 2-4 patients at a time because it does not foster good clinical thinking and professional skills growth and it also reduces the quality and value of care provided to patients. Simply stated, Partner Members can choose the amount of bonus they want and when they want it….and boom….Bonus on Demand. Because Partners “profit share” for each and every hour of billed revenue they produce past the base quota. This bonus program can be used for anything the employee desires. (down payment on a home or other real estate investment, Holiday Bonus, Black Friday shopping spree, honeymoon fund, unexpected auto repairs, kids school shopping stipend etc.) The Partner PTA or PT gets to choose how and when the extra hours are achieved (plan it out and spread the hours out so good life-work balance can be maintained….2 months, 6 months, 9 months for example…it’s 100% up to the partner.
