A business management and finance firm eagerly seeking an Office Assistant to perform a variety of responsible, confidential and detailed duties.
This person will provide support to the entire office when required or as workload dictates on a seasonal basis. Essential Functions and Responsibilities : Answer multi-line phones for the purpose of screening calls, transferring calls, responding to inquiries, and / or taking messages Receive guests and coordinate visits with team members Scan documents into electronic filing system Light accounting work Coordinate FedEX, UPS, and USPS Daily Post Office and Bank runs Light kitchen duties Job Qualifications and Education Requirements : High school graduate Ability to prioritize workflow and mange time effectively Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Detail oriented Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office including : Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to multitask Ability to work independently and as a team Professional Confidentiality 1 year minimum prior experience Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and car insurance
