Based in Olympic Park Sydney and reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor forms part of our National Talent function. You will support our Australian Fulton Hogan Utilities business with a focus on our West Region Delivery Team. This is a long term frameworks contract (capital works and maintenance program), delivering projects for Sydney Water across the western region of Sydney.

Our Talent team is seen as an extension of the business operations. We work with the business to forecast our recruitment needs 3-6 months ahead of time, helping you to better manage your workload and leverage proactive sourcing strategies to find the right talent for the business. You will be provided with the full suite of tools: Linkedin Recruiter, Talent Insights, Seek Talent Search, Xref, etc. to help you succeed in the role.

What will make you successful in this role?

You will have proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition professional and display excellent stakeholder management skills. You must be capable of managing multiple stakeholders, from General Manager level down, delivering on both applications and proactive search recruitment assignments. Your ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workloads, with the flexibility to adapt to situations, will see you succeed in this role. Your experience recruiting in the Civil, Mining, Construction or Utilities industries will be seen as advantageous, but not essential.

About you.

To be successful for, you will require the following skills/experience:

• Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

• Proven experience in a similar role either within an RPO, agency or internally recruiting within the Construction, Engineering or Mining industries.

• Experience recruiting across a range of positions and disciplines using innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels

• Robust search and select expertise across mid and senior positions

• Ability to travel if/when needed
