The Opportunity:

On the back of Fulton Hogan’s successful award of the Sydney Road Assets Performance (SRAP) Contract for the River Zone, we look forward to delivering key road maintenance and capital projects across Greater Sydney which will in turn drive better outcomes for our community.

As the result, we are now sourcing an experienced Project FInance Manager to join our Fulton Hogan SRAP team based in Rydalmere, NSW. You will oversee and manage the following tasks:

• Lead compilation and presentation of all financial statements, accounts, forecasts and performance reports.
• Review status reports prepared by operational managers and modify budgets, forecast, contingencies, provisions and commitments as required.
• Ensure any variances to forecast are captured and reported.
• Ability to develop, follow and implement financial policies, procedures and processes.
• Regularly monitor, report and communicate on performance targets within area of control.
• Support driving efficiency, continual service improvement and financial improvement through development of strategies and implementation of action plans.

What are we ideally looking for from you?

• CA/CPA qualification or ability to work towards
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Strong excel skills with the ability to perform detailed and insightful analysis
• Experience with JDE or an equivalent accounting software
• 3 plus years experience in a similar role
• Senior management experience (general, financial and commercial) with capacity and capability to lead development and implementation of plans, systems and cultural change.
• Proven experience in developing business improvement strategies, plans and concepts for complex service businesses
