Are you a seasoned financial expert with a passion for the fast-paced world of technology & eCommerce? Do you have a track record of guiding tech startups to financial success? We’re searching for additional dynamic and experienced Tech VCFOs (Virtual Chief Financial Officers) to join our team. As a Tech VCFO, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing strategic financial guidance to tech startups, enabling them to thrive and make an impact in the tech ecosystem.

🌟 The Role (or, Your Chance to Be the Financial Navigator for Tech Innovators) 🌟

As a Fullstack VCFO, you will:

• Collaborate closely with tech founders and management teams to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with their business goals.
• Provide expert financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Offer strategic insights into fundraising strategies, investor relations, and capital allocation.
• Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, helping startups make informed decisions to drive growth and sustainability.
• Drive financial ing and analysis, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure financial alignment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to provide forward-looking financial guidance.

💼 Experience & Attributes (or, Are You the Financial Innovator We Seek?) 💼

To excel in this role, you will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a CFO, Financial Controller, or financial consultant in the technology sector.
• Expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and strategic financial planning for tech startups.
• Strong knowledge/network in venture capital, fundraising, and investor relations within the tech ecosystem.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with tech founders and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage GAAP / EOFY ing processes
• Deep experience with tech-specific financial tools and software.
