We are seeking a Resourcing & Talent Officer to take full control of our recruitment processes during this period of growth, streamline all avenues and co-ordinate between hiring departments, candidates, and external recruitment agents.
Reporting into HR, the ideal candidate will be required to:

• Write recruitment adverts for the desired position & coordinate with HR with job descriptions
• Be the single point of contact for recruitment throughout the business
• Place ads, manage the Applicant Tracking System and ensure all open vacancies are managed and company procedure is followed
• Manage the recruitment inbox, answer queries, and liaise with the hiring departments regarding the vacancy requirements
• Forward relevant candidates to the hiring manager and co-ordinate interviews
• Give feedback to candidates after interview on their positions
• Build a recruitment database with candidates, agencies and map against business growth and need for roles and development
• Anticipating the growth and accrual of new sites & the business need to build teams for those sites
• Build relationships with PSLs and negotiate terms if required
• Coordinate with HR on successful candidates and initiating the onboarding process.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Experience working within a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of HR/recruitment policies and best practice
• Ability to juggle priorities and work to deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong initiative and motivation to be self-starting
• Attention to detail and desire to ensure accuracy
• Strong computer & Microsoft Office skills
• Capable of working alone and within a team to support one end goal
