The primary responsibility of Technical Services Engineer is below:

Role of Function

• Input into technical aspects of Bids and Quotes by preparing effort estimates for Fujitsu costings
• Work with an assigned Project Manager to:
• Prepare inputs into technical sections of Project Definition Studies
• Prepare Defence network pc endpoints for deployment to sites using the Defence prestige and imaging processes
• Deploy pcs, displays, peripherals and printers for small, medium and large installations

To be successful in this role, you will be proficient with:

• Demonstrated entry level technical knowledge of hardware and peripherals i.e. laptops, notebooks, work stations desktop PC’s, printers, media and audio visual equipment BYOD and mobility.
• Demonstrated knowledge of desktop & software applications i.e Operating Systems (Windows 7 through 10), Microsoft Office, Antivirus software and systems.
• Customer centric and customer focused & Professional customer service skills.
• Ability to work well within a team while fostering relationships and partnerships and a can-do attitude

Based on Fujitsu’s assessment of workplace risk and the safety and wellbeing of our people, Fujitsu is proposing to introduce a vaccination policy which requires all persons entering a Fujitsu workplace, attending a Fujitsu work-related event, or entering other premises to undertake work on Fujitsu’s behalf to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or the subject of an appropriate exemption (and to provide evidence of the same).
