Fujitsu Workspace Services is currently seeking modern EndPoint engineers with first-class Microsoft M365 and Microsoft Windows skillsets. This role will cover all aspects of setting up and supporting Windows end point devices leveraging Microsoft’s SCCM and Intune.

Our ideal candidate will have spent the past 3-5 years working with medium to large scale enterprise Windows environments. Working to identify trends; abnormalities and day to day support requests will constitute a component of this role. There will also be a healthy project component, therefore applicants should have design experience relevant to SOE solutions. We expect this engineer to assume ownership of issues for our customers and build healthy relationships, we’re primarily interested in talking to people who can demonstrate that they’ve done that as part of a former role.

Building your own path to success:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical skills in PC hardware and software
• Strong Scripting ability (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch)
• Strong experience administering Active Directory and Group Policy
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager including SCCM and Intune.
• Experience with windows 10 task sequencing and end point configuration
• Experience with Windows 10, Mac OSX and Apple
• Experience with facilitating large and enterprise scale software deployments
• Minimum of 3+ years managing and supporting End User Computing environments
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in SOE migrations, projects and implementation
• Experience in Operating system patching, upgrades and maintenance
• Sound working knowledge/understanding of Microsoft unattended deployment methodologies for the Microsoft Windows family
• Working Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management (ITIL) processes
• Excellent documentation skills, for user training and technical documents
• Experience MAC OS operating systems using JAMF would be advantageous
