IT Engineer:

Location:North East London (Enfield, Redbridge, Havering,)

We are looking for an IT Engineer to work as part of our Project Engineering Team. Your role will involve installing, deploying and maintaining IT and retail equipment on various customer accounts across the UK.

As well as helping to deliver a world-class service to our customers, you will also work with our scheduling team and your team manager to ensure that all service metrics are achieved and customer satisfaction is guaranteed in our fast-moving and dynamic team.

Your experience

• A working knowledge of IT hardware and software with a basic skillset in network skills and associated fault-finding
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude to the role
• Excellent customer facing skills with time management skills to match
• Excellent communications skills across all formats
• Ability to work alone as well as part of a team, often to tight timescales
• Able to follow document procedures and good attention to detail
• Full clean driving license
• Ability to work flexible hours including overnight and weekends where required
