HR Coordinator

Duties:

• Recruit youth/students/women for Employment Preparation Program
• Design and develop effective training workshops
• Lead training online, (in-person when required)
• Assess program objectives, meet/exceed targets, track course registration, attendance, reporting, surveys
• Establish collaboration and foster positive working relationships with team, students, community partners
• Recruit long-term volunteers to engage in the community and to expand professional network
• Provide excellent customer service when handling registrations and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish essential
• Perform other duties as assigned
• 34 hours per week
• Work from home
• $19/hr

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
• Resourceful self-starter, with excellent judgment
• Quality. Working efficiently to always improve the experience of participants
• Strong work ethic with ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Human resources: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Vulnerable sector check (preferred)
