LOOKING for a Social Media Project Manager that is proficient and able to execute a SEO / SMM Project Manager and act as a Associate Creative Lead

This rock star will perform a wide range of duties in a fast-moving and dynamic culture.

You will be collaborating closely with our team of designers, editors, strategists, and account managers, designing a steady stream of visual content for our digital publishing clients.

Must be a creative, tech-savvy, resourceful member of our marketing team, working closely with the company owners and the sales field to improve our western based clients branding and conversions.

• Brainstorm campaigns.
• Communicate with creative team for assets
• Create and execute approved campaigns
• Increase engagement using videos and motion graphics (for all type of social platforms and features)
• Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
• Research industry innovations and tools.
• Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization.
• Prepare s on campaigns based on analytics.
• Be attuned to product launches, marketing campaigns and current sales strategies
• Work closely with executives, internal team and sales leaders to ensure consistency and accurate follow-through for events and videos

What you’ve been able to accomplish:

• 2+ years’ experience in design, advertising or marketing, or digital publishing
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• A great eye for typography and layout
• Intermediate skills in Powerpoint, Google Docs/Slides, and Keynote
• An aptitude for motion design/animation is a nice-to-have, but not required

Responsibilities:

Understand each individual client’s brand and what it takes to convert. Based on their goals and executing social media strategy tailored to meet their specifics across multiple social platforms.

Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

Analyzing performance data and provide actionable feedback to the campaign specialist to ensure client success

Collaborating internal teams in tech, creative, community and administration to ensure continuity across all aspects of marketing campaigns

Engaging in active listening to start conversations with potential perspectives and customers

Asset Assignment : from our creative to make images, gifs and videos

Asset Creation: of copy, for images and subsequent content used in our social media platforms.

Schedule social media posts in our social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok…as far in advance as possible. This includes the scheduling of article links, graphics, video teasers, Dr. Group content, any requested content, etc.

Influencers: Engaging with influencer comments after they post. You will also need to share their content.

Moderation: This includes responding to all direct messages, comments, emails, and influencer posts.

Requirements

• Understanding of SEO and Semrush
• Team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
• Possesses creativity, analytical skills and takes the initiative;
• Experience using analytical tools, like Google Analytics
• Thorough understanding of social media metrics, digital analytics, and ability to generate, analyze and interpret data;
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as a member of a team;
• A willingness to understand, incorporate, follow and illustrate the company’s branded guidelines;
• Portfolio of current or past Social Media Management and/or Strategy work.
