FTS is Looking for Accounts Payable Clerk Full Time

The accounts payable clerk performs accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions and expense reimbursements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices for payment and perform weekly check run
• Ensure that appropriate purchase order and receiving processes have occurred
• Research invoice, purchase order, or receiving problems and affect solution
• Conduct vendor account reconciliations
• Ensure that invoices are paid on a timely basis. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status
• Assist with month-end closing in researching outstanding AP issues and booking accruals
• Maintain vendor address book
• Provide information and conduct research regarding various accounting related projects as requested

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma, Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years Accounts Payable experience
• Proficient with MS Excel
• Experience with NetSuite required
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in work performed

Additional Information:

• This is a remote opportunity that can be done from anywhere in the continental United States and/or Canada.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
