FTS, Inc Hiring for Cost Accounting Manager Job at Remote Full Time

The ideal candidate must have a strong cost accounting background in a manufacturing environment. Experience in working with multiple ERP systems is also required.

Responsibilities include:

– Taking the lead on all cost accounting activities such as costing, physical inventory, reconciliations, related month-end close activities, updating bills of materials, etc.

– Working very closely with the system implementation partners to ensure that all systems are properly integrated

– Serve as a project manager on the accounting and finance side to manage deadlines and critical path activities

– Conduct project team meetings and work closely with key employees

– Work with internal teams to understand and document process flows

– Communicate processes to the technical system implementation team

Requirements:

– Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field

– Cost accounting in a manufacturing environment

– Experience leading/managing a project team and manage project timelines

– Strong communication skills and able to leverage various communication tools to effectively meet project deadlines

– Process workflows and process documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
