About the Role
We’re currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Associate to join our EMEA Executive Talent team based in London.
In this role, you will play a key role supporting our targeted search campaigns as we continue to build and maintain a talented and diverse candidate pipeline at the senior (MD and SMD / Partner) level.
Whilst we envisage your core responsibilities to include interview scheduling, market mapping, competitor intelligence research and producing MI for the executive team, you will also take ownership of the candidate onboarding process and support with ad-hoc projects.
You will have the opportunity to work across multiple FTI business segments, as well as gaining exposure to our broader HR functions, including resourcing and operations.
This is a varied role and would suit someone who is looking to develop their project management and research skills in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Partner with the Executive recruitment team to understand specific talent needs
Support with talent mapping for the MD and SMD / Partner level across multiple business segments across EMEA
Help us keep up to date with competitive intel, senior executive movement and activity in the market
Interview scheduling; to include booking, coordinating both candidates and managers diaries, room bookings, travel, accommodation, and catering requests
Drafting of employment offers and contracts
Manage recruitment trackers on our ATS in-line with GDPR and audit policies
Assisting with ad-hoc project and reports
Supporting the team with reviewing and/or screening CVs wherever possible
Corresponding with and creating great relationships with all recruiting managers and stakeholders
Take ownership of the candidate onboarding process, e.g., highlighting any concerns which may impact candidate start date etc. with HR and recruitment, as well as producing quarterly reports identifying trends, areas for improvement and suggestions for these

Methodical approach to work and strong prioritisation skills
Team player
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
A keen interest in pursuing a career in HR/Recruitment
Proven background in working in office administration
Experience in professional services would be an advantage
Knowledge of and literacy with Microsoft Office packages
Knowledge of Taleo or other Applicant Tracking System would be an advantage
