We work closely with clients to quickly ascertain key issues and implement viable and sustainable restructuring solutions and exit strategies.

As part of our Restructuring & Insolvency team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of fast-paced international restructuring and insolvency assignments. You’ll be part of our award-winning team of experts in a supportive and high-achieving environment.

What You Will Do

Our graduates focus on corporate insolvency to establish expertise across the complete insolvency process, from both company and lender perspectives. From contingency planning and stakeholder management to creditor distributions and case progression, you’ll develop the experience, knowledge and proficiency required to launch your career in Restructuring and Insolvency.

We will support you in studying for your ACCA, with alternating periods of focussed study and work. We give you the flexibility to study in a way that suits you.
Day-to-day tasks will vary by project, but you can expect to undertake:

• Accounting, cashiering and financial reporting responsibilities for insolvency cases;
• Communication with various stakeholders, including creditors, directors and employees;
• Case progression, including preparation of statutory documents, reports and maintaining files;
• Supporting senior team managers in asset realisations and ongoing trading in insolvency;
• Market and company analysis to identify advisory opportunities and contribute to pitches, stakeholder presentations industry thought-pieces.
• As you build experience, you’ll have the opportunity to take on financial statement, cashflow, and outcome modelling, and support the team in producing contingency planning and financial advisory reports.
