About The Position
Every boot tells a story — and at Boot Factory Outlet, we’re proud to be a leader in the western and work boot industry. With over 20,000 pairs of boots from top national brands including Justin, J.B. Dillon, Masterson, Harley-Davidson, Sterling River, and more, we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience while assisting customers in finding the perfect pair of boots and apparel. This is a full-time position working mostly afternoon shifts (1:00 pm-9:30 pm)
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team players who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift
- Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
