FS-Elliott Co, LLC Hiring for CAD Administrator Full Time

FS-Elliott is looking for a CAD Administrator to join our team. This position supports our Designers through the technical support and training for our CAD software including AutoDesk and Inventor. Additionally, this role participates in the product design process supporting new product design and product changes, and assisting with the development of employees, procedures, and design practices/standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide CAD support to our local team as well as teams within other affiliated locations.
• Supply technical support for CAD software and training to Design team. Including support for Software Installations and Hardware setup to ensure the successful launches and maintenance of the systems.
• Lead PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) SW Implementation.
• Since this is a dynamic work place, required activities can change. A willingness to help out with anything to improve the design process.
• Develop training programs and deliver training.
• Develop design procedures, best practices, and standards, while also delivering training on these items.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Significant experience with Inventor, Vault Professional, and AutoCad software.
• Prior experience preferred with PLM software such as Windchill.

• Interpersonal savvy; able to collaborate and work closely with other departments, leadership, and the customers

• Proven ability to work autonomously: Self-motivated, resourceful and adaptable; able to work independently within team focused environment
• Thorough understanding of the engineering department financial impact and a basic understanding of the needs and impact of other functions on the business
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software.
