A Data and Administrative Clerk is a versatile role that combines data entry tasks with various administrative responsibilities. This person plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Frozen Solids data records. This position is responsible for inputting, verifying, and updating various types of billing information into a telematics system as well as excel spreadsheets. The Data and Administrative Clerk ensures that data is entered efficiently and error free. As well, this role is critical in assisting with administrative tasks and supporting overall workflow.

Education and Experience Requirements
· A high school diploma or GED.
· Previous experience in data entry and administration preferred (minimum 2 years)
· Proficiency in computer applications and data entry systems (TransPlus and MS Office)
Duties and Responsibilities
· Accurately input, update, and maintain data from multiple sources into database, spreadsheets, or other digital systems.
· Review and cross check data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, making necessary corrections.
· Update and maintain existing data records by adding, modifying, or deleting information.
· Ensure data integrity by identifying and rectifying errors.
· Meet established deadlines for data entry tasks to ensure timely and accurate data processing
· Liaise with team members to coordinate administrative tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
· Assist in various administrative tasks, including filing, scanning and maintain office supplies.
· Top of Form
· Other related duties as required.
Salary
The pay rate for this position is $21.40-25.80/hour with 2 weeks’ Vacation.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $44,512.00-$53,664.00 per year
