About the role:
The key responsibility of the Recruitment Coordinator is to effectively coordinate the recruitment and on-board activities. You will have responsibility for engagement with recruitment advisors, establishing selection processes and panels, interface with candidates, making formal offers, on boarding selected staff through Employment Hero and coordinating equipment and management induction on arrival of new starters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment of a set number of positions per month through recruitment consultants
- Coordinate recruitment of a number of set positions using our own recruitment processes
- Build a suite of selection methods, interview guides and other materials to support managers and selection panels
- Work with the direct manager of each appointee to ensure an effective induction process is planned for the employee
- Engage with Recruitment consultants to ensure clarity and effective coordination of recruitment projects
Required skills & experience:
- Proven record of success in staff recruitment
- Knowledge of employment related legislation and regulations
- Strong relationship management skills
- Results oriented
- Strong personal organisation skills
