Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Territory Manager with expertise in cardiac rhythm management to join our dynamic team. As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional clinical support to healthcare professionals. A strong clinical competency is essential to the role.
The Role
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong clinical relationships with key healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to healthcare providers and ensure their satisfaction with the cardiac rhythm management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
- Effectively manage territory budgets and resources to optimize sales and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Science, Biomed, Engineering, Human Movement, Business Administration or healthcare background).
- Proven successful sales experience in cardiac rhythm management or a related medical device field.
- Ability to assimilate highly technical information and impart through to the client
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
