What we need you to already possess to secure an interview;
- Strong experience in retail, ideally in women’s fashion, homeware or related field
- Management experience of a small team or at least supervisory
- Good basic understanding or retail operations, budgets, KPIs, Rosters etc
- Most of all a real desire to work in the industry and make a difference in people’s lives
Key Role Information…
- Get paid for every hour you work + Penalties = THIS IS OVER a base of $59K – depending on your experience and the roster you choose!!
