About Your NEW Role
As a Retail Store Manager your will support your Upper Management in the daily operations of the business; supporting & developing your team of 12 +. Ensuring your customers are engaged & connected with the current in store collections & promotion, as this is a brand that wants to ensure everyone looks & feels their comfortable best & have fun while doing so!
Skills & Experience
- Love to work in a fast pace environment
- Passionate about leading and mentoring a team
- Previous high volume and medium turnover experience
- Sales driven and inspirational team leader
- Have a warm, open, energetic personality and take pride in your personal .
