What You Need To Be Successful

• Outstanding customer service, with an engaging and warm personality
• Solid understand KPI’s & sales budgets/targets
• Proven success in leading a small team
• Ability to work a Tuesday – Saturday roster with no late nights
• A passion for Visual Merchandising and strong stock logistic skills as this is an outlet environment
