About The Role
In this role you will have a passion for going the extra mile for your team and your customer to ensure the best results are achieved. You will be experienced in high volume retail and stock control. You will also have worked with KPI’s and have a proven record of achieving targets.

Skills And Experience
- Previous Experience leading a team of 5 or more
- Have the ability to Create and Implement Team Budgets from LY results
- Previous experience in Performance Management
- Hands on Training, Coaching and Development style
- Strong Sales experience
- Experience working in a High Volume and Consultative Environment
- You will be Confident in Delegating and setting Clear Expectations
- Proven Experience in Achieving KPI’s and Exceeding Expectations
- Pervious Experience with P&L s
- The ability to control, GP%, Wages and Stock Levels
