About The Role
As the Store Manager within their ACT stores, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the shopping experience for customers. Your leadership will drive sales, foster a positive and engaging store culture, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and lead a team of dedicated sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.
Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers, assisting them in finding the perfect fashion pieces to suit their style.
Staff Development: Provide training, coaching, and guidance to team members, fostering their growth and professional development.
About You
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
Retail Leadership: Previous experience in a retail management role, showcasing your ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve and exceed targets.
Customer-Centric Approach: A natural knack for connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service.
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think on your feet, make informed decisions, and address challenges in a dynamic retail environment.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and headquarters.
