The Role

You will provide high quality customer service and contribute to a sales culture as part of a successful team, whilst leading the team to success.

Duties

• Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards in store
• Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store
• Provide feedback to team members in order to support their performance and development
• Lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty
• Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities
• Stock management and visual merchandising to set guidelines and standards
• Maintain store presentation standards and brand awareness
• Contribute to building an engaged team in order to drive performance for the store

Skills Required

• Previous Management experience
• Understanding of tools and hardware
• Sales and or retail experience
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
• Computer literacy
