Your Role

As a Regional Manager, you’ll lead a team, drive results, and shape the in-store experience. You’ll embody the brand’s ethos and inspire your team to do the same.

  • Developing a high-performance team culture
  • Conduct regular in-store visits to ensure sales and profitability are achieved
  • Recruitment of team members, on-boarding and performance management
  • Monitor GP, expenses, and wage control with your store managers
  • Develop a customer-centric, sales and KPI structure within the business
  • Implement change management where required

Skills And Experience

  • Previous Regional Manager experience
  • Ability to lead a team of 50-80 team members whilst conducting training and performance management
  • Excellent analytical and attention to detail
  • Able to lead staff in a changing workspace as the business is experiencing significant growth
  • Hands-on leadership style with your Store Managers
  • Ability to communicate with senior leadership remotely
