The Role

The Store Manager is responsible for day to day management of all aspects of the Store by setting the standards and leading the team, as well as Developing and maintaining superior customer service levels.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills;
• A proven ability to build rapport with customers, suppliers and staff members;
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills;
• Previous experience in a Management role with a willingness to lead by example;
• Experience in a hardware/trade retail environment;
• Be highly motivated and able to interpret and follow policy and procedures;
• Ability to lift up to 20kg
