The Role
The Store Manager will train and develop the team to smash sales targets for multiple bonuses and incentives. This will be a busy location, so you will need to love and thrive in fast-paced retail and be able to enage with both the young and adult market and team.
Skills & Experiences Required
- Previous apparel retail experience required
- Must be able to set the pace in a sales-driven environment
- Provide exceptional customer styling
- Ability to grow and develop your team
- Lead a sales team from the front
- Positive outlook and energetic attitude
