About You

• Passionate, motivating Manager who leads by inspiring teams to deliver
• Proven success in mentoring teams
• Strong communication skills with an ability to style shift to suit your audience
• Love working in a fast paced, ever changing environment
• Large format / Big Box / High Volume retail experience is essential
• Understand how you can influence customer loyalty

• Manage high volume of deliveries and stock
• Ability to quickly prioritise and understand where you can make immediate wins
• Direct team in a fast paced, always busy environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service – make their day!
• Ensure store standards are consistently met
• Manage staff performance – strong T&D and performance management skills required
