The Role

FHR QLD currently has an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant for our Springwood based Brisbane office, with no geographical limitations!

Key Responsibilities

• Run a 360 desk with no limitation on industry specialism whatsoever.
• All facets of recruitment, attraction, screening, interviewing, conducting pre-employment medicals, through to pro-active reverse marketing and following up new client leads.
• Pre-existing clients and an enviable pipeline waiting for the right person.
• Innovative candidate attraction strategies at your fingertips with the autonomy to be creative.
• Must demonstrate persistence when sourcing and attracting candidates with an ability to fill a high volume of roles.
• Maintaining a consistent level of candidate compliance using Fasttrack.
• Be able to demonstrate an ability to talent pool in a candidate tight market; knowledge of online search portals essential.

Skills & Experience

• Must have experience of running a 360 desk in an agency or internal environment.
• Strong client and candidate presentation skills, with a genuine interest to bring on new business.
• Previous experience in Labour Hire preferred however, strong Perm pipeline, so open to discussion.
• Current licence and own reliable car essential.
• Flexible working options including WFH and involvement in team events.
• Genuine recognition program, plus commission and a strong connection to the wider team.
