What You Need

• Open to previous experience, sales experience does help with strong resilience and perseverance to achieve
• Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
• Business acumen, with a driven and self-motivated personality
• People skills – this is a people business and we put people first
• Ability to influence, learn and be teachable
• An inquiring mindset, keen to develop and extend yourself

What You’ll Do

• Step into a “warm desk” with established clients and candidates
• Manage the full end-to-end perm recruitment process, delivering the service we’re famous for
• Find great candidates, using our awesome tools & platforms
• Smash your individual activity and sales targets and be rewarded

What You’ll Get

• Generous base salary + Super + uncapped commissions (plus Qrtly and Annual incentives)
