Learn and implement candidate attraction strategies

Screen and interview applicants

Manage the applicant process with candidates

Perform reference and data checks on candidates

Work effectively and efficiently in a candidate short market

Support candidates through their journey to finding a new role

The Nitty Gritty

A people person, a confident communicator and a team player

Strong spoken and written English skills

A high emotional intelligence and agility with an ability to take action and be decisive

A knowledge of Melbourne is essential

Some entry level recruitment experience would be advantageous

You will naturally be driven, have determination and show resilience
