We are continuing to grow our team to support our existing portfolio and an exciting and ambitious future roadmap, which includes the development of both own-IP titles and licensed-IP titles. Our IP-license partners include Universal (Jurassic World), Formula 1 and Games Workshop (Warhammer).

We are also growing our team to continue the growth of Frontier Foundry, our games label for publishing games developed by carefully selected partner studios.

We have an opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our friendly and passionate team, and support our growing studio. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will work across the full employee life cycle as well as contributing to a range of HR and Learning & Development projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and own a range of HR generalist projects across the employee lifecycle
• Analyse a wide range of employee data and providing recommendations to management
• Case management including advice, guidance and support on performance & capability reviews, absence management, resolution of grievance and disciplinary issues etc
• Support HR Business Partners with business programmes for the change management agenda
• Communicate with people managers and senior leadership
• Act as the general point of escalation for HR queries
• Ensure all HR policies are in line with employment law and provide advice and guidance to managers
• Maintain the integrity of our employee data in our HRIS system.

About you

• Degree qualified / CIPD Level 5 Diploma qualified
• Proven experience in an operational HR role preferably within a rapidly growing business in the technology industry or similar
• Excellent understanding of UK employment law with experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues
• Analytical with the ability to identify trends and take action accordingly
• Comfortable managing and implementing a variety of projects
• Proven experience with coaching, mentoring, challenging and developing managers, in order to equip them with the appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people
• Ability to prioritise issues, foresee and manage potential conflicts
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-driven with a continuous improvement approach.

This role can be offered on a hybrid working basis, which means you’ll have the opportunity to spend time working both in the studio and at home. You will probably be required to spend at least 50% of your time in the studio to facilitate collaboration and engagement. We can provide a comprehensive support package as part of any offer should you need to relocate.
