Position Objective

To help achieve Frontier’s business strategy by helping grow the Emerging Institutional segment via business development activities including prospecting, cultivating relationships, enhancing Frontier’s brand and profile. To ensure the delivery of high quality asset consulting services to Frontier clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Work Management and Relationships:

• Assist in the delivery of Frontier’s strategic goals via growth in the Emerging Institutional segment
• Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with a range of clients and prospects in the Emerging Institutional segment across Australia and New Zealand
• Attend and present at conferences with a view to building brand recognition and Frontier’s superior advice capabilities
• Continue to develop the Frontier brand in the endowments, family office, private wealth and foundations sectors
• Showing initiative and raising issues with clients’ portfolios with the client and segment team as you identify them and providing high quality and timely advice to clients and becoming valued.

Investment or thematic research:

• Actively participate in Frontier’s investment research program, broaden investment knowledge to expand Frontier’s intellectual capital and add value to clients’ portfolios
• Specialising in assigned areas, areas of interest and areas which have the potential to add value to Frontier. Areas of specialisation are used for manager and investment research and may be developed with the goal of becoming a subject matter expert to assist other Frontier staff
• Compiling and completing investment or thematic research papers within agreed timeframes.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

• Significant experience within investment consulting or other investment related roles
• Demonstrable results in proactively fostering, developing and maintaining relationships with prospects to improve brand awareness and drive new revenue
• Exemplary interpersonal skills and communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels including presenting to clients, staff and conference audiences in a professional and confident manner.
