Position Objective

Frontier is Australia’s leading independent asset consultant, for 25 years at the forefront of delivering investment advice and technology to institutional investors.

To help achieve Frontier’s business strategy by helping grow the non-superannuation Institutional segment via relationship enhancement and BD activities including prospecting with new clients, cultivating relationships, enhancing Frontier’s brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with a range of institutional clients and prospects in across Australia and New Zealand.
• Attend and present at conferences with a view to building brand recognition and Frontier’s superior advice capabilities
• Continue to develop the Frontier brand in the endowments, family office, private wealth, and foundations sectors
• Compiling and completing investment or thematic research papers within agreed periods.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

• 7+ years’ prior industry related Investment or closely related experience
• Demonstrable results in proactively fostering, developing and maintaining relationships with prospects to improve brand awareness and drive new revenue
• Exemplary interpersonal skills and communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels including presenting to clients, staff, and conference audiences in a professional and confident manner.
