Froehling Anderson is a CPA Firm who has been in business for over 75 years. Our growing firm is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to implement and support our client retention plan. This position will assist in the creation of brand recognition and implement promotional campaigns through various means, including marketing resources, social media, and advertising. Marketing efforts should contribute to the continued growth, client loyalty, and outstanding client service. This position will support employee recruitment and assist in maintaining a strong firm culture.
Core responsibilities include:
· Work with firm management to support the overall marketing strategy. This includes following the outlined priorities, timetables, and budgets.
· Work directly with an outside marketing or PR agency on social media campaigns, website content, development, and other marketing initiatives.
· Coordinate and monitor marketing initiatives/projects including cost.
· Develop marketing materials, including coordination and oversite with video production, photography, sell sheets, and branded products for both marketing and recruiting.
· Assist with preparing firm proposals, pipeline s and tracking results.
· Manage and update our CRM database. Gain expertise in this software.
· Run booths for client events and recruiting.
· Research, recommend, and purchase branded materials for recruiting, marketing, or employees.
· Participate in the Fun Committee and work to execute ideas for activities, food, or events.
· Research venues for client/firm events.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or communications.
· Two or more years of experience in marketing; experience in professional services is preferred.
· Must have some working experience in social media or digital advertising.
· Must be highly organized and manage various projects at once.
· Strong verbal skills and the ability to collaborate with outside agency and firm management.
· Excellent skills in writing, presenting and communication.
· Ability to be creative, proactive, and intuitive.
· Strong follow-through on tasks/projects to completion.
· Experience with CRM software, Microsoft products and the ability to maintain a database.
· Must be confident, professional and have the ability to establish rapport quickly.
