We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Registrations & Data Entry Clerk to join the team at Southport on a part time basis working 3 days per week.

About the role:

This great opportunity will see you completing registrations for new and used vehicles so that vehicles are delivered on time and to the correct specifications.

• Register vehicles in line with Frizelle Sunshine guidelines
• Complete and authorise registrations
• Process internal paperwork concerning deliveries
• Support sales departments as required
• Reconciliations
• Data Entry
• Effective time management
• Setting deliveries

What we are looking for?

• Preferred Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry
• Understanding of stock control procedures (preferred)
• Understanding of DTMR & RMS Registration legislation
• QLD registration accreditation (preferred)
• Experience in Reynolds and Reynolds / Pentana computer systems (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people
• Word and Excel experience
