• To ensure the delivery of a cost effective, safe and high-quality resourcing and recruitment service for the Trust, providing leadership and support the team.
• To understand and promote issues concerning equality & diversity, inclusion & engagement, ensuring these are integral to the work being undertaken by the team.
• To support the Trust in improving efficiencies through innovation and contributing to the development and growth of the service and creation of a centre of excellence for resourcing and recruitment.
• To design and deliver complex attraction campaigns to ensure optimum resourcing to facilitate Trust objectives and current operational standards.
• Work with service users to ensure recruitment plans are delivered to meet time and vacancy targets.
• To develop campaigns for ‘hard to fill’ and overseas recruitment, to include building relationships and managing contractual arrangements with third-party agencies.
• To expand and embed the use of social media / digital marketing methods, working with the Communications team and external advertising and branding agencies to help build and enhance the employer brand and value proposition.
