The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for partnering with the HR Team. This position will complete full cycle recruiting to meet the various staffing goals across the multi-family division.

The ultimate goals is to get the best talent in the right position.

This is a seasonal position and expected to last three months

Responsibilities :

• Develops and implements strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
• Builds networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements via a multitude of channels.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel (when necessary); escorting applicant to interviews (where applicable).
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Completes other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• A minimum of one year of staffing / recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff.
• Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.
• Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
• Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
• Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
• Experience in general HR functions is preferred.
• Must have the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
