FridgeWize Hiring for Sales Support & Marketing Manager Full Time

Position Summary

Fridgewize Inc. is looking for a hands-on, highly organized, and proactive Sales Support & Marketing Specialist to assist with next-level B2B sales growth. This position requires a proactive approach, anticipating the needs of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and independently performing sales & marketing administrative duties. Responsibilities will include the development of new sales collateral for our different market segments, generating personalized proposals and presentation materials, creating content for digital platforms, and assisting with sales development opportunities by liaising with sales agents, channel partners, and customers. The position is located at Fridgewize headquarters 6218 Melrose Lan, Shawnee, KS 66203

Key Responsibilities

• Uses critical thinking to define and execute marketing strategy, brand evolution, and programs that support the achievement of Fridgewize business development by implementing action plans around marketing, advertising, sales, and new development presentations.
• Collect new clients’ information, schedule meeting, and create/edit proposals
• Coordinate and prepare correspondence, proposals, presentation materials, and other written communications on behalf of the executive leadership team.
• Develop & coordinate resources to support training, webinars, conference attendance, territory development, sales activity, and prospecting efforts for the sales team
• Document proactive activity and sales-related correspondence in HubSpot
• Mine existing database of customers to identify sales opportunities.
• Manages the proposal process including coordinating the collection of project-specific information and developing proposal content and other requirements to meet target assignment dates
• Assist ELT in the day-to-day management and strategy of digital campaigns to generate regular content and posts on various platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Develop and keep a marketing calendar that illustrates all marketing tasks and projects.
• Liaise with customers to generate testimonials and marketing opportunities
• Document marketing efforts and associated expenses for ing and ROI purposes.
• Assure all company documents and materials have a consistent look and feel both internally and externally.
• Effectively utilize internal customer databases.
• Coordinate social media outreach including the management of the company pages and use of LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Coordinate electronic marketing efforts including but not limited to, Web site design and maintenance, YouTube and Twitter content, email blasts, SEO, and SEM efforts for successful lead generation.
• Collate rebates available across the United States.
• Support relationships by attending client meetings and supporting account leads where needed.
• Coordinates events including trade shows/conferences, client appreciation events, and golf tournaments

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent preferred. Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and sales process
• Must be tech-savvy and proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented, have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines, and possess a proactive style that anticipates problems before they arise
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm CST
• Average annual salary 75K – 85K base + Incentive

What to expect!
Our hiring process generally consists of 3 phases.

• Phase 1: Qualified candidates will first meet with Sales Director for a phone interview. This discussion is a high-level conversation to understand more about your background and interests and for us to share more about FridgeWize and the position.
• Phase 2: Selected candidates will then meet our CEO for the 2nd in-person interview. This interview is designed to be more detail-oriented and allows you to learn more about the role.
• Phase 3: Top candidates will receive an invite for our final in-person interview.
