Summary/Objective

As a Digital Marketing Specialist for Friant, you are a self-starting digital marketing superstar that turns all website, social, application, advertising and other marketing content into gold. Responsibilities

• Support overall growth and management of B2B and B2C marketing programs and initiatives
• Carry out campaigns that build awareness, increase traffic, drive engagement, and acquire new customers and followers across all digital channels
• Use CRM systems, customer feedback and reviews to inform new product implementation, search maintenance, and content
• Plan and create targeted EDM and digital marketing strategies that increase website traffic, optimize engagement, conversions, drive sales and customer acquisition
• Craft engaging messaging for B2C & B2B audiences with long and short form copy writing for all digital and print assets
• Manage and grow fans for all Friant digital marketing platforms including web, mobile app, email and social media
• Create and post highly engaging social media content including copy, graphic and video
• Manage a robust marketing content calendar aligned with team mission, vision and goals
• Manage email marketing content calendar & email automation
• Create and post highly engaging email content including copy, graphic and video
• Manage data analytics and ing; Turn data into actionable insights to help shape future marketing strategies and trends. (Funnel conversion, campaigns, A/B tests, website behavior, customer journey experiments)
• Management and organization of digital marketing assets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design style trends, digital merchandising, user flows, listing optimization
• Support cross functional teams and external teams with marketing requests

Work Environment

Performance of job duties will be on-site. This is an in-person position without eligibility for remote work.

Required Education and Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in product, brand, or agency marketing preferably with a focus in design, furniture, architecture, consumer goods, fashion or lifestyle & wellness industry
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and print production
• Strong design sensibility in photography, graphic layout, and typography
• Experience in SaaS platforms and managing automated marketing campaigns preferably Zoho
• Experience in eCommerce project management
• Working knowledge of WordPress, Magento or similar platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook
• Self-starter with a strategic mindset and strong execution skills
• Ability to find creative solutions to work through roadblocks and get things done, efficiently work on multiple projects simultaneously and maintain organizational support systems
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders as needed
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; presenting ideas is key
