Job Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Manager at Fresh Sheets, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Your primary objective will be to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and drive user engagement and growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing an effective social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
• Creating and curating compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Managing social media channels, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring online conversations.
• Building and nurturing a vibrant online community by engaging with followers, influencers, and industry partners.
• Analyzing social media performance metrics and generating s to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms, exploring new opportunities for brand promotion.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality, property management, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
