Frendel Kitchens Limited Hiring for Customer Care Representative – Construction at Mississauga, ON Full Time

FRENDEL Kitchens is looking for the right person to join our Customer Care department. We are a major cabinet manufacturing company servicing the new build industry. Our offices are located in Mississauga, Ontario (Dixie Rd/401 area).

Our CC reps are responsible for ensuring all inquiries made by homeowners and site representatives are answered and resolved in a professional and timely manner.

Principal duties include

• Answer customer service telephone inquiries from homeowner and site representatives
• Book appointments with customers to arrange completion of service issues.
• Schedule service technicians ensuring the correct time allotments for repairs.
• Order parts and confirm that they are ready for the scheduled service date.
• Follow-up on any outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate service records electronically and paper trail.

The ideal candidate will be well organized, detailed, have excellent time management skills. and be able to multi-task. You must be comfortable and confident communicating with with homeowners, site management, trades and internal departments.

Expected start date: 2021-10-25

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $38,000.00-$43,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
